What we do:

Strength and Conditioning
Instruct athletes in the physical and physiological development for elite sport performance.

Flexibility and Stability
Refine player’s flexibility to enhance power & improve sports performance. We strive to enhance stability and balance, to limit injury on the field or court.

Speed and Agility
Train the body to move fast, accelerate, decelerate, stabilize & quickly change directions with proper posture.

Team Building
Hold athletes accountable for, “There is no I in team”. To effectively train, motivate and work together through exercises and activities.

Core Training
Strengthen core muscles to work in harmony and ultimately improve balance, stability and sports performance.

PROGRAM DETAILS

YOUR ENTIRE TEAM, OR YOU & SOME TEAMMATES

10 WEEKS OF SPORTS TEAM TRAINING

$100 for 10 week program

minimum of 10 players per team

 

Program Includes:

10 weeks are to be completed within a 3 month timeline. All players must pay for program up front. Team cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to class.

ATHLETIC ASSESSMENT:

Timed workouts to test stamina + assess performance level including:

Push up – 90 seconds

Sit up – 90 seconds

Squat – 90 seconds

Box jump – 90 seconds

Plank – 90 seconds

1 mile run- timed event
