PROGRAM DETAILS
YOUR ENTIRE TEAM, OR YOU & SOME TEAMMATES
10 WEEKS OF SPORTS TEAM TRAINING
@ TEAM REAL USA (or your field / park)
$100 for 10 week program
minimum of 10 players per team
Program Includes:
- Access to Team Real USA Outdoor Facility

- Core Training Workouts
- Fun & Positive Atmosphere
10 weeks are to be completed within a 3 month timeline. All players must pay for program up front. Team cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to class.
ATHLETIC ASSESSMENT:
Timed workouts to test stamina + assess performance level including:
Push up – 90 seconds
Sit up – 90 seconds
Squat – 90 seconds
Box jump – 90 seconds
Plank – 90 seconds
1 mile run- timed event
