WORKOUT EXAMPLE
WORKOUT ROUTINES VARY AMONGST INDIVIUALS & GOALS.
We’ll start off with workouts 3x per week.
Warm ups & 20 minutes of cardio daily;

Day 1: Shoulders, triceps, cardio
Day 2: Legs, gluteus, abs, cardio
Day 3: Back, biceps, cardio
MEAL PLAN EXAMPLE
NUTRITION COUNSELING + GUIDELINE FOR 1-DAY
Breakfast:
1 whole, large egg + 4 egg whites; can add 2-3ounces of mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes or onions.
Lunch:
5.5oz chicken breast with 4oz sweet potato(raw weight) and 3oz of green vegetables of choice.
Dinner:
4oz salmon with 1/2 cup brown rice (cooked weight) and 3oz of green vegetables of choice.
Snack:
1 premiere ready to drink protein shake or 1 greek yogurt; can add 100 grams of blueberries.
Supplements:
Omegalyze & Multi-Vitamin; Calcium Magnesium,Vitamin D3, Fiber, Apple Cider Vinegar
