Strength training, also known as resistance training, is a component of sports and physical fitness for young athletes of all ages. Strength training may positively influence athletic performance, prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and improve long-term health.

Team Real’s Kids + Teens Program is BACK September 2nd!

We will be instructing Muay Thai, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility, among other MMA skills – at this time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will resume when we are able to.

The classes are broken down among age groups and classes will be held in our outdoor facility at 2298 Arthur Kill Road, SI, NY 10309.

We can’t wait to get the kids back to learning and of course, having fun!
